trapped in the shadows of love from the past

struggled to beat for survival

surrounded by memories soon to surpass...

a heart in distress

burdened by hopes never even realized

bothered by a dream of joyful togetherness

witnessed by friends so dear...

a heart in brawl

strengthened by the freedom brought by tears

released from the chains of unsolicited words

and visions unclear...

a heart in a journey

experienced the changing seasons

battered by fluctuating emotions

broken,

stolen,

lost...

but willing to love again!
